Refund policy

At Teddys Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Initiation of Return

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the contact us form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process

3.1 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

3.2 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Refund or Exchange

4.1 Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

4.2 If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within [number of days] days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions

Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons). Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect).

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

6.1 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering the cost of return shipping.
