1. Placing an Order

1.1 By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Order Terms and Conditions.

1.2 To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method accepted by Teddys Wardrobe.

1.3 When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

2. Acceptance of Order

2.1 All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Teddys Wardrobe. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.

2.2 Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Teddys Wardrobe will occur when we dispatch the products to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

3.2 Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

3.3 Teddys Wardrobe reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery timescales and charges will vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address.

4.2 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Teddys Wardrobe shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning products and requesting refunds.

5.2 Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

6. Cancellation

6.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6.2 If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the products, provided they are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
